Registration Reminder
To ensure a smooth course registration process, please note the following key information:

After completing course registration, students are legally obligated to pay tuition and miscellaneous fees. Detailed fee breakdowns can be viewed through your student account.

Recipients of financial aid must enroll in at least 12 credits during the first registration phase (including academic, work-study, and other eligible credit types). This is a necessary condition for the timely disbursement of financial aid before registration freeze.

Waitlisted courses are only supplementary options and do not count towards full-time enrollment status or the minimum 12-credit requirement for financial aid. However, they are included in the maximum credit limit for each semester (please refer to the official university announcement for specific limits).

Registration freeze takes effect at 12:00 AM on the student fee payment deadline. During this period, the university's finance and academic affairs departments will work together to: accurately reconcile student account balances, open a withdrawal application channel for students who need to withdraw due to unpaid fees, and prioritize transferring paid students from the waitlist to the corresponding open courses.

If students fail to complete the full payment of current tuition, miscellaneous fees, and any outstanding historical balances by 11:59 PM on the fee payment deadline, the system will automatically initiate the course withdrawal process. Please be sure to plan your payment time in advance and complete the payment on time through the official university payment platform to avoid any impact on your academic progress due to fee issues!

If you no longer wish to register for courses during the semester due to personal planning adjustments, you must complete and submit the Cancellation of Registration Application Form to the academic affairs office of your college within the specified time limit.

Courses canceled by the department will be automatically removed from your personal schedule without the need for manual operation.

Before the start of each semester, please be sure to verify your personal registration status and course schedule to ensure all information is accurate.
