Accessibility Resources

UCCity is committed to fostering equity and inclusion by providing fair access and reasonable accommodations to students, faculty, staff, trainees, patients, and visitors with disabilities—across all programs, services, and facilities.

Accessibility Commitment

We strive to eliminate barriers that may hinder equal use of UCCity’s physical spaces, digital resources, programs, and services. This commitment extends to the selection and procurement of new electronic products and services, ensuring accessibility is integrated from the start.

Requesting Accommodations

The most effective way to access accommodations at UCCity is to connect directly with the program, department, or office relevant to your needs. Students are encouraged to reach out to Student Disability Services (SDS), while faculty and staff should first contact Disability Management Services (DMS) whenever possible. Additional support and resources are available campus-wide to assist with your request.

Patients & Visitors

Patients or visitors of UCCity Health System can request reasonable accommodations through their healthcare team or on-site staff. For further questions, concerns, or additional information, contact the Patient Relations Department at (415) 555-8901 or patientrelations@uccityhealth.org.

Include details about the page URL, issue description, and your contact information for follow-up.
